Introduction

Welcome to eRequests (“we”, “our”, “us”). eRequests is a digital platform that enables healthcare professionals to create, send, and track pathology and radiology requests, and to receive results from participating providers. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use eRequests.

Eligibility

eRequests is intended for registered healthcare professionals in Australia. By using the platform, you confirm you hold a valid AHPRA registration or act on behalf of such a professional.

Services

  • You may create, send, and manage pathology and radiology requests.
  • Results are delivered through integrated provider connections (e.g. Sonic Healthcare) or via secure fallback methods (secure eFax).
  • We cannot guarantee delivery from providers.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of requests you generate and for complying with all professional obligations under Australian law and AHPRA standards.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure.
  • You must not use eRequests for unlawful, inappropriate, or non-clinical purposes.

Plans, Fees and Payment

  • eRequests offers subscription plans with usage limits as described on our website.
  • Fees are billed via Stripe in AUD.
  • Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Trial Period

New users may access a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, a paid plan is required to continue.

Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time in-app.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service.

Data and Privacy

  • We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We implement technical and organisational measures to safeguard health information, but we cannot guarantee that providers outside our control will always deliver results.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of eRequests.
  • We do not provide clinical advice and are not responsible for your medical decisions.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

11.These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
